Skanditalot Oy focuses mainly on developing small residential houses. The biggest challenges in project management and calculations before Fondio were that everything was fragmented, and there was no proper, functional tool to handle it.

‍Previously, project budgeting was based on the key figures of previous projects, which worked fairly well and provided a certain level of accuracy. Any variable factors, or if there hadn’t been an exactly similar project before, required either a lot of courage or extensive manual work.
