Skanditalot Oy is mainly focused on the construction of small houses. Before Fondion, the biggest challenges in project management and calculation were that everything was fragmented and there was no proper, workable tool for it.

Previously, project budgeting was carried out on the basis of key figures for previous items, which worked just fine and gave it a certain accuracy. Possible changing factors, or if there had not been a completely similar project before, then it would either require crazy courage or a lot of manual work. Now everything works much more sensibly and predictably with Fondion.

The introduction of Fondion has been a significant help in the growth of our company, as the system allows for more accurate and faster calculations. The software is evolving rapidly, and in particular the Image Measurement feature has further improved the efficiency of our quantity calculation.

The calculation tool with the tender and contract documents was quickly available to us after the conclusion of the contract, and the whole process went smoothly.
